I have worked alongside Boomerang care provider for many years as an Assessing officer for the QE Social work team.
Durning this time I have found that they respond to any of my requests in a timely manner.
They have shown throughout that they are committed to provide a person-centred approach and have gone above and beyond for many of my service users.
Any requests made or problems to resolve are met with a positive attitude to ensure the best outcome for a service user.
I have full confidence when asking for what I need in place to be delivered.
I have a good working relationship with the managers and have seen for myself how they support people at home with dignity, respect but most importantly promoting independence and providing a holistic approach.
