Boomerang is a fantastic family run company, The staff are exceptional as they go above and beyond to help, they don’t just look after the clients, they also help the family if they need anything.
The carer’s that look after my Dad are fantastic, they are very kind and caring, they look after him like he is one of their own family member.
We as a family would like to say a very big thankyou to Caitlyn and Lisa for all there help over the last few months sorting things out with more care for Dad.

Having had to put my husband into respite care whilst I coped with a tragic family death and the subsequent funeral, I was so pleased to welcome back one of the two regular Boomerang carers this morning. They are just like family now and are a real credit to the Company, not just looking after my husband but also looking out for me. Well done to all.

I am PC’s friend and used to be her carer for ten years. P is over the moon with carers and the office. Caitlyn, Lisa and all the carer all go above and beyond. P loves them, Sajib is so helpful whenever we have a problem Sajib is always there to help. All the carers are brilliant; it helps with P’s mental health that she’s comfortable with carers. The office are brilliant, helpful, and very caring always ready to help sort things. Everyone goes above and beyond.

About 11 months ago my mother, now aged 91 years, was in need of assistance in relation to her “personal care”.
In my search for a reliable, professional and caring organisation to provide such care, I contacted several agencies. I chose “Boomerang Health Care”
Needs were discussed in detail; a member of the Boomerang team made a home visit to meet my mother and to ensure that what we were asking for could be delivered safely.
Everything was thoroughly checked. Since then, we haven’t looked back!
The Boomerang team are efficient, professional, friendly, extremely positive, empathetic, patient and very comprehensive in what they do and how they do it !!
Not only have their skills at bathing my mother given her a newly restored confidence, they have made a significant contribution to enabling her to enjoy an improved quality of life and to continue to live in her own home …….. a BRILLIANT achievement.

Boomerang Healthcare has been involved with the care of a complex individual who has been subject to a Sec.42 safeguarding enquiry for Gateshead Council. Throughout this time both staff and management have assisted in the safeguarding of the individual.
Due to concerns relating to exploitation a partial closure order was applied to the property, both staff and management have been reporting all issues or concerns in a timely manner, this has allowed partner agencies to have up to date intelligence on the situation at the property.
It has greatly assisted in the safeguarding of the individual; on request they were also able to increase the visits to the property to ensure that other aspects of the individual’s care were maintained.
This alongside their attendance at the safeguarding meetings has been invaluable to this case.
