24 Hour Care & Support

Being alone or feeling unable to cope on your own during the night can cause unnecessary stress and anxiety for you and/or your relatives. We offer an 24 hour care service. We can provide you with a night sitter to give you the peace of mind of having a carer in your home who is there to help you when you need it – at any time of the night.

You can choose how many nights per week you require care. Giving you and your relatives the chance to enjoy a relaxing nights’ sleep. Safe in the knowledge that you will be professionally cared for at all times.

Whilst staying overnight in your home, your Healthcare Worker will be there to:

• help you to and from the bathroom
• prompt you to take your medication
• offer you companionship
• assist you in the morning or during the night

Your Healthcare Worker will be present throughout the night, boosting your confidence and providing you with a fast response as and when you need it.

We will always put you at the centre of your care and support plan. The care you receive completely revolves around you and your personal care needs, lifestyle, likes and interests. Also, we build it with instruction that you provide us on how you'd like your care to be delivered. So, we will discuss the options available and help you choose a carer you feel most comfortable with. Because we cover the whole range of flexible home care options, your support can easily grow and lessen if or when your needs change.
